Human Resource Management(HRM):
Human resource management is one of the most crucial department for every organization to perform various activities to achieve a common vision in the industry. The main tasks that are executed by the HRM department are:
· Recruitment the employees by analysing the organizational required
· Selecting the skilled and ability candidates to perform a particular task in the organization
· Hiring is one of the crucial job for making better decision in employee hiring process
· Induction by welcoming and introducing to the organization
· Orientation by giving brief introduction and information related to organization policies and guidelines and other information to candidates
· Evaluation proper evaluation by recording each and every deliverable of an employee
· Promotion proper analysis on the employee’s metrics to allocating promotions
The most important concepts related to managing people are:
1. People Recruitment and selection is the main job to select the right people of the organization
2. Engage people in Learning and development always helps both employee and employer to improve the production and quality.
3. Providing proper Compensation and Benefits to encourage employees to be more productive by implementing various incentive system to motivate

Levelling Resources: This is one of the technique that used by the HRM in allocating people and using the available resources as per the need or requirement of the organization. The levelling resource is the method to manage with the accessible resource with different projects to avoid the extra burden on the organization. The skills development and engage in learning process will help to make the people using for various projects.
Assigning Staff: Identify the various skillset and map the staff according to the project requirement. The method of tracking helps to keep the information to engage who works on which project or whom to assign the available staff. The staff assignment makes sure that every staff is assigned with a particular task and no one is at bench or free from work. Assigning staff based on their skillset is making the resource of best use in the organization.
Reviewing Resources Calendar: The method used to get the information of staff working on various projects through their calendar. Also provides information of specific process start and end date to engage the staff in other projects. The early way of identifying the resource calendar will avoid last movement of decision making.
Assessing Team Performance: The process of recording and monitoring the performance of every employee if very important to judge the capability and quality of an employee. The metrics generate clear and understandable team goals. The assessing team performance can decide where the team stands in delivering individual or team performance. By assessing team performance, the required strategies and plans can be applied to improve and support the support particular team to perform better in the organization.
