Even though many organizations have departments for human resources, non-HR managers need to be familiar with the basics of HRM and their own role in managing human resources. Usually, managers have duties relevant to all human resources roles. Supervisors help evaluate the work, interview job applicants, take part in hiring decisions, provide instruction, conduct performance reviews, and suggest pay increases. Supervisors represent the company to their employees on a day-to-day basis and they also play an significant role in employee relationships.

Despite the understanding of the relationship between various HRM practices and employee engagement and efficiency, line managers have good reasons to become involved in the development and implementation of HRM practices. The line managers' knowledge is crucial to the determination of the necessary
And relevant strategies and procedures that will improve the organization's strategic and organizational needs. For example, if quality needs improvement, then it is critical to develop incentive / compensation practices to reward quality enhancement, rather than volume production.

Human Resource Activities in all divisions are associated with the employee efficiency and productivity. For example, the task of managers and line managers is to provide critical information for determining appropriate policies and practices to support the organizations' strategy and operations. A proper compensation scheme, for example, would increase the efficiency of the work performed by the workers. It will enable the workers to perform well and will be compensated based on the HRM policies to the employee who achieves better performance.

Human Resources Activities in my view is about employee success in business. Non-HR Manager is able to help strengthen the relationship between workers and employer.so if non-HR managers are more involved in the creation and implementation of HRM strategies, they may inspire employees to deliver better results or result in a business.
