Describe the characteristics of optimistic versus pessimistic people, in terms of their beliefs and behaviors, and describe how each type of person would react to getting fried from his/her job.
AN optimistic person will always think positive and will think of an opportunity in a problem. A pessimistic person always thinks negative and thinks of the problems even if they get opportunities.

Optimistic people

C. They are willing to take risks
D. Always motivated
E. Efficient problem solvers
F. They are always hopeful
G. They are positive thinkers
H. They are high on self confidence
I. They are always happy and they spread happiness
Pessimists
In case of getting fired from a job the optimist will think a better job is awaiting for him but a pessimist will feel that the employer was rude and crue and wrong and would get extremely sad and demotivated
