Humans tend to feel stressed because of certain issue's which are related to Financial condition Family Issue's, Health, Relationship,etc.These are some core issue's which have a direct impact on Human's Psychological aspects.Stress has become a part of our day to day life these days.
I generally prefer Meditation and a Session of Yoga on a daily basis for countering any such issue's related to Stress because both these helps us in regaining the calmness in the mind.Yoga and Meditation both helps in developing a high level of Immunity power with in the body and they also normalizes all the other aspects which see a hike during the Stress phase.Yoga Aasan's such as Anulom Vilom ,Surya Namaskaar have a great impact on one's health.
My strategy is quite simple and it is recommended by most of the Doctors on daily basis for not only countering Stress but other health related issues as well.Meditation and Yoga are such practices which helps you in regaining strength both Physically and Mentally.They also lower the blood flow and helps you in normalizing the blood pressure and Heart beat as well.These practices calms the mind which results with better thinking capability in tough conditions.
