• An analytical mind. - which definitely helps to identify the problem
• stay calm - especially in long term study - to yield an accurate results
• Intelligence - to proactively think and expect “Research requires critical analysis but most of all common sense”.
• curiosity - inherent interest in what other people view
• Quick thinker - to move on to the next step
• Written and verbal communication - So different audiences can clearly understand the research findings
• Interpretation - Findings of the study to yield better results
• Systematic - Systematic functioning saves time ,energy and material
• Knowledge gained in the project was helpful for me to understand , interpret and identify the solution in a systematic way. Asit has also got critique which helped me to differentiate DO'S AND DONT'S.
• The competencies and knowledge mastered in the course will help support my careeradvancement in management, by making me as a team lead.It will give me the insight into the process, vocabularies and the ability to assist in providing information and developing astrategy.
