Offsite training is the kinds of training were the participants join from multiple locations in order to get trained on certain subjects. There would be no daily work distractions and hence it is considered to be more effective. Two ways through which one can convince the boss are stated below:

1. Networking: In order to network with many other people in the organization through which there would be better team work would be one convincing method, convincing statement to make to get the approval. One main advantage of networking is it not only helps with personal growth of an individual but also bring in new ideas and business through people who are scattered throughout the globe.

2. Motivation: As a good performer in the organization, the organization can motivation me by sending to these offsite trainings. This would also increase morale and loyalty towards the organization. As the result the current performance would also go high.
