What is Ethics?

Ethics is the study of principles that help us to distinguish right from wrong in human conduct.

Types of ethical voilations:

1. Toxic Work Environment: Work Environment of a place matters alot. A toxic workplace is a kind of place which can make serious disruptions in the rest of your life. Toxic work environment can cause: Employee Sickness, No Enthusiasm, Lack of communication, Gossips and Rumors.
2. Conflicts in Business's Goals: When a company sets a goal like monthly sales or product production numbers which seems to be unrealistic, this cause ethical conflict. Employees and Leaders will try to take some unethical ways to achieve these unrealistic goals.
3. Unethical Leadership: Decisions made by organizational leaders which are illeagal and voilate moral standards cause ethics voilation in business environment. Like when the owners aand the management of a company don't follow protocols and tells their subordinates to follow them in illegal path it creates unethical leadership.
4. Harassement: Harassement can be in verbal or physical and the harasser can be co-worker, supervisor or even custommer or contractor. In verbal harassment, employees become victim of abusive language. In physical harassment, a victim can be hit, push or touch insensibly by dominant.
5. Fraud: Some employees intentionally make mistakes and errors which create unethical behaviours. Fraud can be cause under pressure like when your lifestyle is high and there is always pressure of earning more money which will make them to do unethical works. Fraud can be done when an employee has opportunity of doing unethical works i.e. when internal control of workplace is of poor quality.
