I measure the success of my recruitment strategy based on their performance in technical workspace and from their loop survey.

Advantages and disadvantages of Internet recruiting:

It is advantageous in the following perspectives –

· Online recruitment helps the entity to weed out the unqualified candidates in an automated way.

· Get people with updated knowledge and technology, education and training.

· Higher flexibility and reduces travel time.

It is disadvantageous in the following perspectives –

· More unqualified applicants – many applicants are not seriously seeking employment.

· Additional work for HR staff members.

· Organizations cannot be dependant solely and totally on the online recruitment methods.

Using internet recruiting for the job we are recruiting is mostly based on the urgency of filling the vacancy – I prefer basic screening test should be done by this way, but the ultimate skill mapping test should be done by offline.
