Please think about and state the type of job that you would like to obtain upon graduation from college. For the purpose of this exercise it has to be a new job outside of the company you work for now if you are working. Think about the strategic prospecting process as if it was job hunt and answer the questions below.

1. What prospecting methods would be used to identify potential job leads?
2. How would these leads be qualified as job prospects?
3. What types of information would you, the job seeker, gather prior to contacting the best job prospects?

1. There are various prospecting Methods that could be used to identify potential job leads :-

a) Phone calls :- Through phone calls, we can easily find out the information about the company and whether the position is suitable or not.

b) Going Online :- There are various online sources that could give full information about the company. For example :- LinkedIn group, Facebook group, websites etc.

c) E-mail :- we can directly mail the company regarding the vacancy and the position they are offering.

2.) In order to come to the conclusion of choosing the qualified prospects, i would do a thorough research about the company, the position it is offering and whether it is suitable for me or not. Next i would prioritize my preference with the company's offering and finally come yo a conclusion of qualified job prospects.

3.) Before reaching out or contacting to the best job prospects, i would read about their company's blog and articles.Give a brief reading about the company's update on the social media platform and on the company's website.
