Expert Solution

In this assessment, I will enlist some questions I would ask to ensure that the HR directors' recommendation is sound and focused on the organization's strategic goals and the reasons:

1. What do you know about this industry and business conduct?

Reason: this is an essential question to ensure that his recommendations are focused on the organization's strategic goal. If he does not know anything about the industry and the business conduct, he would not be able to remain focused, and his recommendations will not be sound.

2. How much experience do you have in this field?

Reason: if it does not have much experience in this field, then some chances not be able to give good relations and focus on sound business goals.

3. In your view, what is the major problem of our company in the strategic goals?

Reason: This question will tell us about the candidate's observation level and intelligence level as HR analytics.

4. What would be your significant tasks and responsibilities, according to you?

Reason: This question will tell us about his level of thinking about the job. It will tell us whether he can remain focused on the strategic goals and give sound accommodations, as it will be dependent upon his evaluation of how he takes his job.
