I am graduating with MBA degree. What would you recommend as a "letter to a future student"?
Letter should have the learning from the course , how was the overall experience, major achievements and what are the advise to be given for the MBA aspirants for how to do the course in the best possible way.
Hi Friends,
I am happy to say that i am successfully completed my MBA course . It was a wonderful and cherishing experience. MBA is not just a book oriented or curriculum oriented course. It need wide perspective of economy, society , technology and moreover humanity approach. Business need sustainability practices and for that the market demands efficient managers and executives. MBA course can definitely mould you to become future leaders and not just managers. It changed my overall perspective towards economy and society. Along with subjects I learned what business and how it works across the global in a nut shell. The internship experience was so fascinating which helps me to understand the need of proper decision making, working under pressure, how to work as a team and understanding the business context etc. Thus MBA helps in covering theoretical and practical aspects of the course which is much needed for the professional as well as personal life. Specilization is very important and it has to be based on your interest and taste on the field. I took operations management as specialization because i wanted to work more on supplychain and process optimization field.Like that various stream can offer you different opportunities to learn and explore. Ultimately course with high marks doesn't make u a good manager , moreover your communication, team management skills and quality of work matters. Corporate social responsibility is another key area which I got to know from my course time and I wish all the MBA aspirants will get into the right college and purse their passion and will come out as a best team player and a responsible person.
