• It is adviced to have fibre rich foods and vegetables
• Blood in the fecus , Diarrhea / constipation, feeling of fullness in the abdomen, Pain and bloating are signs of colo rectal cancer.
• Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and Surgery are the treatment options
• A diet that is low in fibre is a risk factor for colo rectal cancer
• A diet which is high in protein is also leads to this
• Avoid processed meats
• Obesity, overweight, smoking and alcoholism are risk factors
