3 .The client should take fluoxetine first thing in the morning to reduce the risk of insomnia.

4. Patients may experience decreased sex drive while taking medication.

5. Fluoxetine can be taken with or without food.

6.Take fluoxetine around the same time everyday.

7. The patients should avoid sudden stopage of fluoxetine drug , as suddenly stopping can cause such as headache, nausea , tremor, difficult in sleep , anxiety , and dizziness.
