Breast self-exam one of the Very important check-up a for a woman to understand and identify any significant changes in the breast of the women .It should be done properly and if any changes noticed can seek medicat attention at the earliest .

A) While doing this breast self examination with middle finger of the left or the right hand . Start from the underarm area of the body because the breast tissues goes in to that area also ,then slowly move the fingers downward bit by bit until it reaches Specifically below the breast tissue . Then she has to move the fingers slightly Specifically toward the middle part and then gradually we have to move back up and  go up and down till examine the whole area...so option A is correct.

B) For doing this examination , use the finger tips of three middle fingers If ther is any   difficulty feeling with finger pads, use another part of your hand that is more sensitive, such as the  palm or the backs of your fingers.but for  appropriate procedure use middle finger of the left hand or three middle finger tips ..So option B is wrong

C)The best time to do this examination is usually a week after the period ends. ..this option also wrong

D)There are mainly three patterns for breast self examination .Use one of the patterns and   make sure about covered all of the breast tissue. No need to do different patterns in each breast in each time ....so this option also wrong.
