Here I am going to describe about a company and its code of ethics and I will tell you if the code of ethics of that company is well written or does it have any potential issues along with if I own a small business would I develop a code of business conduct and what would be the variables I would include and if not how would I ensure that my employees were following ethical business standards.

Yeah I am taking my company as Coca-Cola.

Coca-Cola is a well reputed beverage brand which is leading the market from past decade and is doing really well and has earned a really good reputation and Goodwill in the market. Coca-Cola is also ruling over its competitors.

The code of ethics of the Coca-Cola following :- laws, act with integrity and honesty in all matters, and also focus on to be accountable for their actions.

Coca-Cola follows all the love as it is the leading brand of beverage in the world. It also helps the the quality of integrity and honesty as its main policy is to guide people write and be relatable to people and don't lie to them. They also thanks to be answerable and accountable for their actions they do.

yes according to me this code of ethics of Coca-Cola are well written and doesn't have any potential issues as they are opting for the great qualities for their business.

If I were to on the small business I would definitely developer code of business conduct and I would also include the variable such as following all the laws and Bheem accountable for the actions I would perform in my organisation and would be definitely more than honest with my customers so that they would be guided correctly and not wrongly.
