The Comparative methods - this method include the comparison and evaluation of the employees in an organisation for the enhancement of the employees and organisation both.
BARS - BARS stands for Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scale which is used to evaluate the behaviour of an employee within organisation, it evaluates specific behaviour of employees which should be needed as per the position of the employees. It help out in understanding the position's key task of the employee. Behaviour of employees are being anchored and then given points based on the rating scale of the organisation.
Critical Incident diary - it include those events in the career of employees which had something bad happening. It may include some events of conflicts, anger, criticism or any things like this.
360° assessment - it basically assess training and development related needs, and provide competence related information for the succession plannings of all the employees of an organisation. It provide proper basis for the evaluation of the behaviour of the employees. It provide feedback about the employees that how others perceive the behaviour of that employees.
