1. The incident is about a shopfloor jobber who was responsible for handling a large group of shopfloor trainees who were just inducted into this yarn manufacturing facility located in one of a developing countries of South East Asia. The trainees lacked profesional knowledge, attiquettes and have little idea of teamwork and constructive approach towards work. They looked an absolute chaos when entered the facility. The jobber started their training with etiquettes, followed by the work knowledge and lastly, letting them understand how their actions could get the things in order and contribute to the productivity of the organisation.

In few weeks they started working according to the guidance, directions and mentorship of jobber, who commanded such respect, that even the most difficult of tasks wre accomplished with ease and in no time. In few months, the productivity of the department increased dramatically with cases of indiscipline at the workplace coming to an all time low.

However, the road to this examplary perfromance was not easy. On day one and two, few recruits, driven by Acute Critical Stress Symptoms decided to quit, as they did not find the work to their taste and expectations. Counselling helped to take some back to work while others left. Some of them who did not respond to their initial sysmptoms well, developed extreme dislike for the workplace and everyone associated with it. They kept to themselves without contributing much and ultimately left without information.
