It also helps employees to make a realisation about their potential through which they can prove to be an asset for organisation. Leadership skills also helps in maintaining a high morale during the hard times. It inspires people to find various resources for smooth execution of tasks.
All these are necessary and important ingredients for being successful in a particular area. I personally believe in praising people for their contribution. It motivates them for making better and better contribution. It also pushes them to go beyond their level best efficiencies.
I also believe that if we try to maintain a balance between personal and professional life then we can treat people at working place in more dignified manner. Such kind of respect also inspire them to perform with their level best efficiencies.
As a leader we should listen each and every thoughts and should take decision in the favour of majority of people. Personal benefits should be avoided. As a leader I always think to achieve long term goals through taking small measures. I personally believe in appreciation and having a moral approach while dealing with a team.
