Describe your leadership philosophy.
Describe your leadership compass. What principles or ethics guide your personal life and your leadership?
Currently I am a part of a production quality Management team. My team is responsible for maintaining the quality of the produced goods. I am the team leader and accurate all the group members for maintaining the effectiveness of the job and to improve the overall performance of the team.
I use the transitional leadership style for increasing my overall effectiveness of the leadership. Numbers and asking out their problems as well as solving the problems on urgent basis is my technique to push myself towards better leadership. By using this kind of leadership approach, I definitely pushed myself towards the leadership of the team more effectively and efficiently.
Something members are less Cooperative with others and we also have some internal team conflicts which are resolved. These conflicts overall communication between the which affected the team performance. While some team members are younger in age understand the transition of the digital age and communicate efficiently over the Digital Network, some people are older in age and does not really understand digital mediums of communication which reduces the overall effectiveness of the communication within the team.
Absenteeism and the internal conflicts are the biggest obstacle in my team. These type of issues directly decrease the overall efficiency of the team and reduces the effectiveness of the applied strategies in to the team management. If the team members are not present for the work then it would definitely degrees the overall resulting outcome of performance.
I usually apply nudging theory of constant performance improvement. By efficiently guiding the team members about the performance and reminding them for the guideline definitely helps in creating more efficient working environment. Working together on a single conflict and dividing the conflicts according to the seriousness within the team members is also my main strategy for improving the performance of the team.
