My preferred leadership style is collaborative because I always try to involve everyone in the organization to take participants while doing any discussion. Whenever I have to take decision I take collaborative decision as I welcome every members of the team to present their views and perception about the topic. I always try to build a trust among employees of the organization and encourage them to work as a team instead of doing work on individual basis as team work give promising results. It is because I m an religious person and do believe on ethics and morality and I do afraid from doing wrong thing. It also depicts the Christian worldview which says that God is superior and he sees everything and help those who are loyal and hard working.

I m totally satisfied with my leadership style because my whole team are happy with my this leadership style, they feel motivated and give their best performance. There is a proper and positive coordination between team workers and their work efficiently and effectively. The people involved in my leadership respond positively, they feel happy as well as full with energy to work all work. With the help of collaborative leadership style I unite my whole team in a single rope and encourage them to work in collaboration for better result.
