Organisation conflicts are the conflict which occurs in the workplace that describes the disagreement or understanding within the work that results in various conflicts in the organisation that intervene immediately.

Intra individual or interpersonal conflict which means the conflicts within the individuals. These conflicts are related to the goal conflict the dispute arises because of frustration from the other person, or that may be role conflict.

Interpersonal conflicts are the conflict that arises between two colleagues. This conflict arises because of personal differences between the individual. Sometimes lack of information about other may create misunderstandings and dispute arises. Role incompatibility and environmental stress also cause conflict.

Intragroup conflicts are the conflict that either unwillingly or unable to confront within the groups.

Intergroup conflict is the conflict between the two teams that involved in a deadlock.
