Conflict lens model is used to
identify the different behaviors of a person in different
situations of conflict. it depicts the specific attitude of a
person in conflict which finally dictates the outcome of the
conflict situation in life. It depends upon the belief that dealing
with conflict is a complex process which depends upon the outcome
and the factors causing the emergence of the conflict situation in
life. It can take place in various situations like conflict between
boss, peer, subordinates in life. There are 11 features under this
