It is one of the best companies to work for aspiring applicants to industry professionals, all a want to be a part of this company which further shows how much it has accomplished in the years it has been active. Google follows policies and regulations regarding workplace habits, environmental sustainability and the supports/starts green initiatives to give back to the earth that gave it to them.

In terms. Of advantages such a business model has, this includes employee satisfaction and engagement, companies want to work with Google due to their brand name and public image, employees are given freedom of thoughts and ideas which they utilize every day, creating a future for the people. In terms of business, we can see how such policies affect not only the public, the employees and the stakeholders but also all the other major companies.
