Globalisation: It is the integration process of one country's economy with rest of the world. It provides many such opportunities for the expansion of the organisation. It exploits the opportunities , which gain competitive advantage. there is world wide competitive advantages such as economies of Scale, proprietary product technology and comparative advantages.

• Ability to produce goods at the nominal or cheap prices compared to other country .the firm operates in different countries and take the advantages of the market by low cost resources, low cost labour, skilled labours etc
• When organisation operates globally, the purchase requirement will be high, when they placed large orders, they benefitted by bargaining power.

Coorporate social responsibility: It is the vital responsibility og the organisation to promote the fair labour practices, rules and guidelines regarding the environment, working condition of the employees, develop the corporate friendly legal environmnet. Example: Tata sons has the the best corporate social responsibility as it promotes schools, or colleges By charity or trustees.

Sustainable environment:

Sustainable enterprise program is used to enhanse to make companies more competitive by meeting social and environmental challenges which provide business growth opportunities through entrpreneurship, organisational chamge and innovations. For example Ikea made its own environmental policy for the product design, supplier relations, operation as well as educational materials for the consumers and retails stores.
