CSR means corporate social responsibility which means a responsibility of corporate towards the society and community. It is indeed a great initiative and it helps a lot to the communities and society.

I am a customer at a huge paper house that supplies papers to me for my packaging work as I own a packaging company. The CSR of this company where I am working is amazing and the policies they follow are true to the mark of being super. Their policies are:

They plant trees on a monthly basis in random areas in support of the pollution control
They engage with their client to do the same as an important clause
They support their employee financially uptp some extend for their environment-friendly activities
They encourage bicycle and provided a bicycle to their employee for small distance needs
They provide solar panels at the community level for electricity use

I really like their all policies because all are genuine and can be implemented practically, i don't want to change it but yes i can add a few thing if i think any new idea along with the existing one which company is already doing,
