Describe two ideas or views relating to socially responsible behaviour and practices within the finance industry that you connect with most in this unit.

Answer: Corporate social responsibility is an important part of each and every corporate. Under the CRS practice, companies provide benefits to the the stakeholders and also conribute in the economic and environmental developemnt. Points:

1. Companies should keep the surroundings clean, they should go green and should also tell all the employees to do the same. Companies should follow ethics and values.
2. Companies should provide accurate and correct financial information related to financial statements and other numbers to the the stakeholders.

Why have you chosen these two ideas or views?

Answer: Reason of the above two ideas:

1. Cleanliness in very important for a good health, because health is wealth. To keep its employees healthy, companies have to clean the internal and external environment and surroundings, it should plant trees not only inside the office space but outside also. Companies should also follow the rules, regulations and laws of the country and society.
2. Companies should reveal the correct financial information through financial statements so that investors can evaluate the company and can take investment decision and creditors can know the financial health of the company and accordingly can lend the money.

Answer: These are the two main important issues in today's scenario.

Why are these two views or ideas important to you?

Answer: These both the views are important because greenery is very important, in this industrial ear, there is lot of pollution that cause several diseases so as to reduce the pollution, company should go green and should keep the environment clean. secondly, company should not provide false numbers and reports, it should provide accurate financial information in public domain so that stakeholders can know about company's financial health.
