Different companies have adopted social responsibility in their marketing strateges as it means to help a community with services and products which are beneficial.Inclusive marketing refers to processes and technologies that allow groups of people who are discriminated to connect with different brands. Thus inclusive marketing represent the different communities that the companies serve and reduce cultural biasness.Marketers responsibility is to represent the brand's messaging in a way that involves people from all backgrounds irrespective of race, ethnicity ,gender, age , religion etc.Truly inclusive marketing can raise the voices of people who have been discriminated , make connections with customers deep, and thus bring positive social change.Marketers have the social responsibilty to be inclusive and look beyond profit and try to improve the condition of the world.
With successful inclusive marketing campaign marketers highlight people who are underrepresented.Eg Procter &Gamble take initiative to have inclusivity in their marketing campaigns of different products. Google has diversity in its campaigns .Microsoft felt that physically disabled children found difficulty in playing video games. So they introduced touch pads instead of buttons.
So I think marketers have a social responsibility to have inclusive marketing which will bring a social change.Marketers have the social responsibilty to be inclusive and look beyond profit and try to improve the condition of the world
