When you join some organization you will have follow set of guidelines to give your best for the growth of the company.

"Organizational culture is defined as the underlying beliefs, assumptions, values and ways of interacting that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization"

We can use different types of culture, marketing culture, corporate culture, business cultures etc. all there is a great vision, aim to achieve, values of the organization behind the culture.

To maintain particular culture we have certain indicators like

Attention to details: Employees are expected to put attention to details of the project and analysis of the same plan the same in a smart way for the best outcomes.

Orientation of the people: Orientation to the about the company policies and premises is important to follow the same to not to create any problem in future.

Orientation of Team: Organize specific team to perform the task. Share everything among team members rather than individual

Orientation of the Outcomes : We need to assess the result, for improvement of process in the future endeavors.

Aggressiveness: People should be aggressive to achieve target.

Stability : If you maintain stability in the organization it is going to be useful for your career growth

Invest in learning, teaching and employee knowledge: Company will plan to train the people before assigning the work, these spend will come back as an outcome.

If I take an Health Care industry, the culture would in following ways.

-Put an attention to the medical procedures to implement for the better outcomes of the patient.

-Orientation of the organization: Orientation of the various department is important for nurses if their department changes in the roaster.

For ex. All departments should work with the collaboration; everybody should know all the departments

-Empathetic: Nurses should not show angry or aggressiveness at patient, they should be very cool going, motivate patients

-Stability: Nurses, if they work longer period of time they will gain lot knowledge and value to their profile.
