Below training could be provided to employees in the performance management and review process, where

1. The employee needs to manage and ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner: The employees need to be provided technical and softskills trainings so that their skill development takes place in an effective manner which would result in increase in their productivity levels. Also they must be motivated and supported by the management in achieving their goals and targets which would ultimately result in achieving organizational goals and objectives. Management must consider organizing motivational sessions and skill development sessions for the employees in order to increase their productivity.

2. The employee needs to address inappropriate behaviour in the workplace: The employees must be trained not to be afraid and report all such incidents where they feel that inappropriate behaviour has been displayed on the workplace. Specific reporting portals must be developed which would respect the anonimity of the employees so that they are able to report fearlessly. Also they must be trained to come up with such incidents and not hide them, so that corrective measures can be taken by the organization.
