Project needs an allround contributions and efforts from all teams with a great planning and team work. Let us analyze how Goals, Work teams and planning contribute to the perfect imlementation of group project.
1. Goals - A project without a prefined goal will not have any direction. Goal sets the motion and the expected outcome, it defines what needed to be done and can give what needed to be alloted to each team player.
2, Work teams - The teams which takes place in the project are defined to be the work teams, they range from 2 or more in each team. Each team collectively coordinates to give the better end result. The team coordination is very much important in all stages of the project right from the begining to the end of the project.
3. Planning - Planning gives detailed information about, what needed to be done at each stages of the project, it gives clear motto of what each work teams should do at each stages of the process. Planning assists the final goals to get attained in a specific time frame.
Conclusion - All three elements complement each othet and are very essential for the timely execution of the project
