even don't want to know about the details that would just clutter

Decisions are made within the team rather than handed down from

alongwith the work assignment, whereas in Self-managed team, they
are not ready to take the responsibility of the decision taken by
the manager.

Delegation, Manager/employer first check the capability of the
employee and then delegate the work accordingly whereas to make
self managed team, he needs to trained them, improved their skills,
problem solving and decision making.

Delegation, the single person goal is to acheive the same target as
