Project manager is an essential part of a society as it manages most of the projects which are being implemented into the society. Seniors who are living in assisted living facilities are directly dependent on multiple type of projects which are responsible for providing all the services to the senior citizens. Does a specific type of implementation of different projects according to the need of the society is done with the help of a project manager.

Project manager plays an important role in giving shape to the overall projects which are implemented into the society. Assisted living housing directly relies on different aspects of the project management. It provides environment to the elderly population Tulane harmonically inside the specific facility and to live on the system services. Interiors of these assisted services and development of these assistive services are directly dependent on a project manager. By efficiently leading a project which is related to the assisted living housing is one of the main jobs of the project manager for the specific term.

Every process inside assisted living housing or maintained by specific project. Sanitary assistance, food assistance as well as housing assistance somehow related to different projects. There is a specific terms are consolidated into one project which is termed as the assisted living housing. All of these projects are have their own importance and a project manager has his responsibility to successfully carry out all the projects for maintaining the overall efficiency as well as productivity of the assisted living.

Daily activities which happens inside the assisted living housings are also part of a proper project management.Designing a project which is capable of providing services to the elderly people of the society requires intense efforts as well as proper study of the environment and the situation.

My Major of study would definitely help in understanding a specific situations for the elderly people inside the assisted living facilities. By having multiple approaches for surveys as well as learning sessions I would definitely increase my understanding of the working pattern of these cities and would improve my project management skills.
