What is a systems theory work group and how do I identify the work group/system?

System's theory :

it is the trans disciplinary study of the abstract organization of phenomena ,independence of their substance ,type or sptial or temporal scale of existence .

it is also a management methodology as it is a way of analysing and thinking about organizations and also alternative approach

individual employer be viewed as sub system of organizations

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Communication mechanisms must be put in place for organizational system to exchange relevant information with ots environment.
• systems are interrelated parts that run input to out put through process
• subsystems do processing.
• hypersystems are though put and outputs.
• it has the boundaries such as physical bounderies,
• linguistical,systematic ,psychological bounderies .
• these are goal oriented.

Advantages of system theory:

1. It focuses on the environment and how changes can impart on organizations.
2. broadens the theoriticla aspect for viewing the behaviour of organization
3. it is design to deal with complex task

WORK GROUP:

It is a microsoft term for peer to peer local area .net work

computer running microsoft operating system in the same work group may share files ,printer,internet connections .
