Change is an inevitable process and with the business world changing every now and then organizations in order to cope with the changes need to be in line with the changes that occur in order to be successful and sustain in the industry. I believe that during this implementation of change process the primary and most tough resistance comes from employees because they are being made to move from their comfort zone which they were enjoying and shift to a new phase where there is challenge that the organization needs to manage.

Instituting Mandatory Diversity Training for all employees - Internally the employees may resist this factor because they do not want the change to be successful at any cost, hence they feel that this change should not be implemented. The external factor is the time that is required by the program and time is quite an issue in business and therefore it may cause various issue for the organization.

appointing a chief diversity officer - The culture of the o0rganizationmay resist the implementation of the change because diversity is something which organizations may still not be able to accept because of their culture and cultural differences.

initiating applications for diversity awards Again the employees will be the first toy resist this because of the same reason that they do not want the change to be implemented and award for the change will be resisted by them to quite an extent.
