The HR functions can also become the driver of the environmental sustainability within the industry by aligning the set of policies and the practice with sustainability objective which representing Eco friendly , which able to contribute the business goals. It includes undertaking the environmental friendly HR initiatives which result in : lower price and the good employee engagement and retention , maximize the efficiency with motivation. the Green HR initiative is the important factor in the future thinking business around the world.
