1.Total quality management
It is a management approach to long term success of the
organisation with customer satisfaction as centre and it involves
all the employees in the process of continuous improvement of
quality.
Better quality system in Starbucks will ensure customer satisfaction so as to meet the Expectations of customer by providing quality in taste of the coffee and providing better services.
2. Quality can be monitored and evaluated by Starbucks by regular checking the counter of barista, acquire feedback from the customers, and check the taste of coffee to ensure better quality and taste.Starbucks can consider to empower their employees and make them part of the brand so that they will give hundred percent in order to provide quality service.
3. My recommend would be to continuously improve on quality and innovate the menu by providing variety in taste of coffee. Coffee can be sourced from different location so as to ensure variation and customer satisfaction. And regular training should be given to employees of Starbucks in order to provide better Quality Services.
4. Better quality would lead to more profitability. This profitability will be shared among all the stakeholders of Starbucks.
