From past 10 years, I bought the cell phones of mostly Samsung Galaxy Note series and I bought almost all the versions of this series and It came out to be my favorite brand in cell phones. Thus I believe that I am a loyal customer of Samsung.

Brand loyalty can be seen as a psychological activity. It is mainly a biased pattern of the behaviors shown by the consumer overtime while buying a certain product, consuming it

When we look at Samsung Note Series, there are two main factors which are quality and innovations. I have been working as a Project Manager and ever since I started using Samsung as my first cell phone and most preferred brand.

I really like Samsung Note series mainly due to its S Pen feature which the scope, comfort, and precision of a real pen, allowing for a natural writing and drawing experience. Being a project manager, I use AutoCAD and Microsoft Project software extensively and my work is really helped due to refined elastomer tip of the S Pen. Apart from this 6.3" Infinity Display really appeals me as it provides a larger view screen and bigger space to use the S Pen. And it is easy to sue due to its seamless body and symmetric edges.

In fact, listening music and watching the movie is altogether a new experience. Due to my work and studies, I have to travel a lot and this feature keeps me entertaining during boring travels. This also provides me more immersive experience while I join meetings through Skype.

After the Note 7 disaster, it was a significant achievement for Samsung to reach the same level of brand loyalty as Apple. Samsung’s efficiency and speed on addressing the life-threatening issues of Note7 built increased trust on their loyal customers. As I bought the Note7, and later also became loyal to Samsung by purchasing Note8, they have offered me significant deals.

Again, Android is user-friendly with lots of free available apps. Whenever I need an app for my work or study, I visit Google Play store and download the app on my Note8 for free. The layout of Android is user-friendly as well, everything is easy to find, you can create, move, modify app storage and widgets on any of the seven screens. I love my Samsung Galaxy Note series and would simply prefer to purchase the new product from my favorite brand.
