No, our health care system doesn't provides the best health care for the population. Some of its major issues includes :

• Cost control is a major issue in this sector. The cost of the medical treatments is rising day by day. It has negative labour productivity. That every money that we deposits in the health care system diminish the GDP.
• Quality is another challenge. People don't know the quality amd the exactly pricing of the medicines that they are using.
• Most of the people dont have health insurances.
• Shortage of physicians in the poor regions are also a great challenge.

For a better health care system in the US, it should reduce the above mentioned problems. If we want to fix something, which is expensive ; just by cutting cost and really fixing quality. Then it doesn't works. So investments is needed inorder fix the problems inorder to drive productivity. So the people need standardization of care, easy access and out comment rights for a better system.

People belonging to the two major political parties, that is democrats and republicans have different opinion on the heathcare system. Democrats have more problem than the republicans regarding the healthcare system. The main reason for this is due to their respective views on the regulations of government.

Is this a problem. Health care can be considered as an important factor which seperates democrats and republicans due to the cost and access regarding it. The opinion of an individual even working in this health care field may depend on his/her political party.
