Ans: I got my first leadership experience in my profession. It was at the age of 23,I started a software company after my bachelors degree in software engineering.The company was in the in the center of city and now i am the person who want to look after the whole management and crew.I struggled a lot to get a good place in the leadership, it was like a match with other leaders of other company.My leadership style was exactly contemporary,I introduced a very efficient form of service and also i had made extra time for discussion with employers. Like this way the i was able to make a good growth for company and after that it normally start to built a self respect in me as a leader.
This increased the quality of leadership.Empathy is the most important thing a leader need to stay in a good leadership position
Some of the leadership quality are:
-- The very most important leadership quality is the confidence.For being a good leader you must be very confident that all other will follow your orders.And if your are not having a correct decision and qualities then your employees will not follow you.
-- Its very important to communicate about your themes to your team for achieving the company or business goal.if you are not able to talk efficiently to your team you will never become a excellent leader.
-- The decision making ability is very mandatory for a leader,that means an excellent leader should take correct decision at correct occasions at the correct time, otherwise your leadership will lead the company to a big fail.
-- It is not possible for you to look after the whole company responsibilities, so you can share some of your responsibilities to your upcoming followers.
-- The leadership honesty, inspiring other employees working with you, commitment and passion are some of the other qualities a leader must need.
