Countries and companies need explicit strategies for technological development given the tremendous amount of largely spontaneous creativity that occurs today, often in areas where new technologies are not expected to exert a great influence. I agree with the statement as this will give the countries and companies a roadmap regarding only the technological development as the world is continuously moving towards more digitalisation and this makes a point that the one who is more inclined and advanced in the digital world will be the one holding the key for the power over the other countries and make money through selling the technology to the world and being a leader of the economy making the people life to become more easier than the existing situations.
The explicit strategies will help towards more focus on developing peculiar technologies which will be in demand for generations and ensure that updates will suffice the application and does not need for a new application as a whole. The countries are continuously striving towards developing enhanced technological developments for gaining a competitive edge over the other countries. This will somehow restrict some of the information sharing and getting a better application due to lack of some insights which is one negative factor in this explicit strategies and apart from that the countries explicit strategies are completely useful and will be successful for the continuous efforts that are put by the innovators involved in developing the new enhanced technologies for making them useful to the people of their nation first and then expand it to other geographies and this will bring in a lot of useful things to the nations.
The creativity is also gaining lot of accomplishments as this is the factor which is leading to the technological enhancements in the developments as without creativity there will not be any technology as without any idea it would be difficult to make things works and without the technology being able to get some work done in a simplified and digitalised way, the developed technology cannot be a success and this is why there has to be explicit strategies which must be present focussing on the enhancement of technological development.
