The candidate will be responsible for managing end to end operations including shop floor operations, resource planning, key metrics management, inventory, scrap and maintenance management etc.
Some Of the Key Responsibilities would include –
• Leading operations and maintenance teams as a shift in charge for smooth operation of the manufacturing plant
• Implementing process changes by collaborating with the R&D team for performance enhancement
