Write a brief description (1/2 - 1 pg) of your own beliefs about business ethics using the four building blocks. Pay particular attention to how your family and birth community have shaped your ethical belief system.

I was born in the family which has strong belief in Christianity. We believe in the God and his actions. Moral and good cause has great scope in terms of favourable society and greater acceptance among people. When, i was got my first job then I utilized the four main ethical implications. These are:

1) Truth: I always try to be a person having truth as a weapon. I propagate it in my every venture.

2) Honesty:

I practice it and encourage people to follow the honesty as a best policy. it makes very sound relationship with the business stakeholders in long run.

3) Integrity:

I used to treat people as a single entity it means my moral beliefs are same for each people. Beginning honest to everyone is having many positive outcomes.

4) Respect: I used to give respect to every individual customers as well as other party. It makes a great sense and them eager to make a healthy relationship with our venture.

So, having moral and ethical values have many positive outcomes for the individual and organizations.
