Of the Four Noble Truths, which do you find to be the most accurate in how it describes reality according to your experience? Which is the least accurate? Give specific examples and explain your answers. Minimum 300 words.
The first truth appears to be most appropriate to life. In the first truth it is said that suffering is inevitable in life. Nobody can avoid suffering and it is an inseparable part of our life. It is an universal truth that life is made of pain and pleasure. Nobody can spend whole life with pleasure. On the contrary, pain does not torment one for the whole life. There are many myths regarding the suffering of life. Suffering leads us to realize the true pleasure of life. Without pain, pleasure can never be enjoyed by the human beings. Again it also makes us mentally prepared and helps us to console ourselves when we suffer from pain. We cannot avoid suffering because it is the another part of life and integral part of life. Everybody is victim of suffering and it makes our mind more strong.
It should not be told that any truth can be least important. All the truths are really important do us. But in the fourth what Buddha says appears to be misleading and the ordinary people may not understand the fourth truth. In this truth it is said that there is a path and man can adopt the path to reach to Lord. But the path has not been made clear to us and what will be there when there will be path no more. Here Buddha says about eight parts but he does not mention clearly how to assume the path. But to the ordinary people it is not easy to understand the path. There are the ways of meditation and dedication and in the modern perspective it is really difficult.
