Emotional intelligence- emotion are grouped in two broad category , one which tends you to be liberal & enjoy and another emotion which tends to be anti liberal & develop different stress and discipline. Thus there is not straight logic between enjoyment , discipline. But person or leader who knows better out self and maintain presence of mind and never get victim of emotional parameter which dose no not allow arrest logical thinking founds to be more successful. In simple words person who is capable to handle self emotion can commands to another emotions better. Where as person who is victim of emotion is unable understand situation and develop unwanted stress which are mostly indiscipline way.

Example- In case of insurance advisor , person who hold the strong emotional intelligence sold more policy than person who is weak in IE.
