Ans 1:

Cooperation : It is helping and assiting people in need. It is demand based assistance scenario and does not involve active discussion/participation.

Collaboration : It is teaming up for a common goal where eaveryone in the team contributes and work collectively for common output.

Ans 2:

Social contact during virtual team work helped in improved engagement and involvement with others . Without social connect, work becomes very task oriented and synergy cannot be achieved.  

Next time when i work in a team, i will connect more with team mates to create a comfort for active exchange of ideas and synergy of work.

Icebreaking exercise helped in opening up in a new environment . There is social anxiety and pressure whenever an individual moves to a new environment and ice breaking execise is very helpful.

Next time when i am in team , i will increase my involvement in ice breaker since it increases confidence and enhances collaboration with others.
