Leaders should form groups in a way that will help the company to achieve its objectives successfully and try to take a competitive advantage over there competitors in the market place. The group should be formed in a way to achieve shop term goals as well as long term goals and employee should not retain their personal goals. This is always prioritized organizational goals and tries our best to achieve it because if the organizational goals are achieved then automatically your personal goals will also be achieved. The company should consider each and every employee equal. all the employee are working with the same motive and regularly and always tries to giving their best. Employees are considered as the assets of the company and with them, you can achieve your goals. Communication plays a very important role in the success of the business as without communication you cannot achieve your targets because it will not create a mutual bond between employees and the top authority. Effective use of communication in the workplace will motivate the employees to do to work more efficiently and try the best to achieve organizational goals.
