This point states that effective transformational change in the organization helps leaders motivate their employees working in the organization. They are the key people, which helps the organization to achieve its organizational objectives effectively and efficiently. These changes will bring some positivity to the organizational workplace.
2) It reduces the turnover cost:
This point states that the transformational change will reduce the employees' turnover cost working in the organization. It will help the organization to fulfill its short and long term objectives.
Many employees feel unmotivated in their workplace, as every employee has personal goals, and sometimes, failing in those goals unmotivates the organization's employees. There are around 5-10% of employees unmotivated in the organization. The organization leaders can motivate those employees who feel unmotivated by encouraging their work and communicating with them. It will motivate them to do hard work with full dedication towards their work.
