Agile team can be defined as a group of cross functional people that have specific skills reduce specific test as well as increment of a product. By having an ability to install as well as demonstrate and back a product in one of the main functionalities of an Agile team. Agile team provide extreme flexibility against every job and they are capable of handling most of the jobs challenges which are produced inside an organisation.
It is a team which is capable of doing everything for a specific product which has been introduced to the organisation. For working of the product to increment of the product is Defined by these a specific time.
Traditional teams can be defined conventional type of team in which the individuals are working proximately. The specific type of team in rigid in structure and does not show any flexibility towards the specific situation. Traditional teams are considered as less efficient as compared to the Agile team as Agile teams have more cross functional capabilities then the traditional team. Why having multiple expertise in a single team Agile teams are much more efficient as well as productive than the traditional teams they provide rigid support to the system as well as a better efficiency Management which can be later implemented for improving overall efficiency of the organisation as well.
Self actualization is very important for agile Team Management as each and every individual in such a specific environment adaptable towards being more understanding in different conditions. As they have to adapt and look at their actual potential to carry forward any specific activity in Agile team or agility based structure, self actualization is very important.
