Humanistic Psychology which is propunded by Carl Rogers mainly focus on maximum utilization of human potentialities. It helps to explore highest capabilities of a human . Free will , fully functioning person while fullfilling physiological needs as well as needs of social environment is become main goal of huamnistic approch of Psychology which evolved in huaman needs . Similarly , self- actualization concept given by Maslow, which is highest needs of huamn behaviour . Self - actualization person more creative and spontaneous . Self- actualization talks about fully funtion of his personality . As life huamnistic approach of Psychology, self - actualization people also foucs of freedom of life and maximum utilization of huamn potential and achived highest needs of life's .

definitely failure is most painful experience . Students should have growth mindset . They should be learned from failure . Students must have enough courage to face failure.
