Characterstics of an self organised team are :

1. Teammeambers take initative and work for themselves , they are commited to the task and accountable for the work.

2. Team members trust each other and they believe in collective code ownership. and testing and are ready to work for sake of others in times of need.

3. Contionously improving skill set would help them deal with new set of problems they face in future days.

4. Proper mentoring by scrum master would take the team to the next level , but the mentoring shouldn't be authoritative rather facilitative.

Steps to become self organised team :

1. Encourage the wildest ideas of the teams make sure no one feels inferior of the other and are also open to constructive criticism.

2. Proper motivation would take the team long way in meeting the deadlines and dealing with a lot of time consuming projects.

3. Reward the teammates for the good work that has been done and make sure everyone is responsible for thier own work.

4. Regular monitoring and team meetings would improve cohesiveness of the team .
